The client contacts me booking a consultation. During the consultation we get to know each other and identify the client's target and what can be achieved. Then the client decides how many sessions they want to book with me per week or per month. I will create a training plan based on the client's needs and during the training session I teach the client how to correctly perform the exercises and using the equipment.

A nutritional diary will also be sent by email to verify if the client needs any nutritional advice.

The client is educated about how to perform the exercise, how much intensity they should apply and how to workout to achieve result so that at some point the client will not need me anymore and will be able to workout by themself.

No, it doesn't. Gyms are now open in the UK and it's possible to work out inside and outside. Social Distancing and all safety measures provided by the government are applied to maintain client's safety.
