Face to Face Personal Training in Nottingham area has different options. You can decide to have your session in the gym (I use one in West Bridgford) or in the comfort of your home.

Personal Training in gym
Pros:
– Wide range of equipment available
– More exercise options
– Sociable environment

Cons:
– Takes time to travel to/from gym
– Can be hard to find free machines during busy time
– No privacy
– Can be noisy


Personal Training in your home
Pros:
– Save time on travel
– Privacy
– Comfortable environment

Cons:
– Small range of equipment available
– Less exercise options
– Space of at least 2 square metres required

If you don’t like to go to the gym, or would like to, but don’t have time, training in the comfort of your home is your best option.
